Our E3X-ZV is equipped with functions for reliable use in a wide range of equipment. Microscopic object’s front/rear detection in parts feeders with 3-μs minimum detectable object enables stable detection of microscopic chips.
Resistant to differences in colour and surface conditions
Resistant to differences in colour and surface conditions
With high dynamic range which seven times higher than E3X-HD, our E3X-ZV can detect black to glossy objects. The light saturation is avoided despite the glossy surface through lower light intensity.

Our E3X-ZV has ON/OFF- delay and one-shot timer that enable you to conduct output control even in an environment without PLC.

The 50-μs*1 response time in high-speed mode could capture seams on fast moving sheets in a stable and accurate way. Given a 10-mm wide electrode, it would also allows you to detects seams on sheets moving at 200 m/s.
